I signed up with Coach James to lose about 20 pounds and build better habits. The plan he gave me was solid. There was a good mix of strength training and meal templates that I could follow. In the first month, I dropped 8 pounds and felt stronger than ever. The downside? Communication was tough. He only replied to emails every couple of weeks, and I never felt like I could ask small day-to-day questions. Sometimes I wasn’t sure if I was progressing the way he wanted because I didn’t get feedback until I asked multiple times. Overall, the program works, but if you need frequent check-ins, this might not be the right fit.
